Music Review: Neo-Satanic Supremacy (2010)

Norway’s Troll serve up symphonic black metal the old way. Nagash (ex-Dimmu Borgir) is on vocals here. The album loses grip somewhere for a few moments but is by no means weak. With the drumming and vocals being exactly as you’d expect, it is the combination of thrash/speed metal riffing and keyboards that makes Neo-Satanic Supremacy worthy of  a few listens. Inconsistently good.
