Picked up a couple of pints of Corona Extra at 135/- each. The liquid looks very thin and the colour holds some promise but the drink doesn’t amount to much. There’s almost no head, and the slightly bitter flavour of this lager ends with a botched up metallic aftertaste. Following the path of most other exceptionally well-marketed beers, Corona Extra is a big letdown. So now you know why people need to shove lime wedges into these pints.
