Beer Review: Doolally’s Premium 36

The second of the three brews that were available during Beer Olympics 2011, Doolally’s Premium 36 is a typical American adjunct lager. Dull taste, stale aftertaste, sits like a thick coat on the tongue. Avoid.

RATING: 2/5

Review: Doolally’s German Wheat Beer

Revew: Doolally’s Apple Cider

Like they said in Seinfeld,”It’s like a big budget movie with the script going nowhere”

Chief!!!… Thank you so much for the candid feedback!!.. You’re absolutely spot-on in your evaluation of the profile of the Premium36 with the exception of one little technicality… It’s not a ‘typical adjunct lager’ , but it’s actually a ‘typical adjunct ale’ ;-)… Honestly it was something that was created with the very specific object of having something that is relatively close to what the Indian palate is familiar with but at the same time has something a little ‘more’… clearly we have meet the brief on ‘familiarity’ but not some much on the ‘interestingness’ bit!… We promise to try harder in the next iteration :-)… BTW did you try the Saison on that day?
