Non-Alcoholic Beer Review: Clausthaler Classic

Found two cans of this after months of looking around; sometimes we just need to look in the right places. Great body and head on this one; Clausthaler Classic Non-Alcoholic Beer even leaves a decent lacing. Even from a can, Germany’s Clausthaler tastes better than all our lagers, and could pass off for a pilsner if it’d been hoppier. There’s a faint malt taste which doesn’t last long, but this is pretty good stuff for a non-alcoholic brew. Priced as high (or low) as the terrible macro-beers we get in India, Clausthaler Classic would be a better choice even if you weren’t looking for an alcohol-free beer.

I was actually doing a search for clausthaler and you blog popped up. Going by dates of all sites mentioning it, am starting to think it is just not available any more in india – do you know if it still is or not?
