Farewell, Amit Saigal

Amit Saigal was the founder and editor of RSJ magazine, which was earlier known as Rock Street Journal. It was in that magazine that I read for the first time about Slayer, which went on to become my all-time favourite band. A few of the most important things I know as a music writer are because of Rock Street Journal. Amit Saigal’s contribution to the Indian rock music scene is immense.
